Job summary

System One is seeking a Digital Payments Operations Specialist to support core payment processes in a hybrid environment. Location options include Pensacola, FL, Vienna, VA, or Winchester, VA, with hybrid scheduling: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Hours are 40 per week, shift 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM. You will apply knowledge of wire transfers, cashier’s checks, faster payments, and Western Union, while ensuring OFAC screening, BSA, and internal policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OFAC screening, fraud prevention, BSA and internal policies.
• Ability to analyze complex payment scenarios and resolve discrepancies with accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier’s checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes
• Understand and apply regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk
• Analyze complex payment scenarios, identify root causes, resolve exceptions efficiently, and make sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses
• Effectively partner with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives

This is a shift from 3AM-11:30AM. This role can work hybrid out of Pensacola, Florida; Vienna, VA; or Winchester, VA. This is a long-term contract position.
