Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Floor Planning Analyst to drive macro space planning for CosmoProf and Sally Beauty stores.

You will maintain floor plans, support new stores, remodels, and store prototypes, and work with JDA Floor Planning and CKB systems to optimize space and performance. This role emphasizes data-driven analytics, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Inventory, and Store Operations to align space plans with strategic

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in JDA Floor Planning and Category Management software. Knowledge of JDA Space Planning is a bonus.
2-4 years of related work experience, including project management, retail operations, and visual merchandising.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
A plus if proficient in AutoCAD or Revit computer design program

Responsibilities

Create store-specific floor plans within JDA Floor Planning and Category Management software. Maintain prototype plans and support new stores/remodels.
Participate in special store projects, new store reviews, expansions, and department resets.
Provide deep analytical analysis using Floor Planning and JDA, looking for opportunities to develop a customer centric approach to floor plans.
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Merchandising, Inventory and Store Operations teams.
Responsible for store support regarding merchandising plans and proactive issue resolution.
