Schaefer Ad Co. is seeking a strategic Digital Media Campaign Strategist to join our Digital team in Fort Worth. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and programmatic channels to drive client business results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) within an agency or platform setting, strong analytics, and a knack for turning data into action while collaborating with account teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Agency or platform environment experience required.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and data-driven optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000 or more.

Responsibilities

• Plan and buy digital media across multichannel plans.
• Manage campaigns with budgets, pacing, and spend sheets.
• Analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Explain results to clients in non-technical terms.
• Support junior team members and share best practices.
