Moroch Partners in Dallas seeks a Paid Social Strategist to lead end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will translate business goals and audience insights into effective campaigns, with budget oversight and ongoing optimization.

The role collaborates with planning, analytics, creative, digital, and account teams, leveraging new tools and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance paid social performance and insights across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or analytics.
• 7+ years of progressive paid social media experience managing cross-platform campaigns.
• Demonstrated collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams; mentoring and campaign execution improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Develop paid social strategies and recommendations across multiple platforms.
• Guide paid social campaign planning and activation with cross-functional teams.
• Manage audience strategy and platform implementation.
• Analyze conversion performance and customer journeys.
• Lead paid social optimization and testing, including A/B testing.
• Manage paid social budgets and investment performance.
• Deliver reporting, insights, and performance recommendations.
• Provide platform expertise and marketplace insights.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and integrated strategy.
• Support team development and knowledge sharing.
