Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to spearhead market growth at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power generation or utilities
• Experience in data center development and energy infrastructure
• Knowledge of infrastructure finance and capital solutions
• Experience with risk transfer and insurance structures

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth: build and implement Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy across the U.S.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, developers, utilities, investors, lenders, and funds
• Build a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk transfer opportunities
• Establish Aon as a recognized thought leader in power and digital infrastructure
• Advise Clients: provide strategic guidance on data center energy strategies, grid reliability, onsite generation, renewable integration, and power procurement
• Project financing, bankability, and investment risk; assess business interruption and resilience risks
• Develop Innovative Solutions: partner across multiple Aon teams to deliver integrated power, resilience, risk, and capital decisions
