Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, data center development, or related fields.
• Experience advising on risk transfer and capital solutions is a plus.
• Strong leadership, client development, and industry visibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth across the U.S. for Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, developers, utilities, investors, lenders, and funds.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk transfer opportunities.
• Establish Aon as a recognized thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
• Provide strategic guidance on data center energy strategies, grid reliability, interconnection risk, onsite generation, and PPAs.
• Guide project financing, bankability, and investment risk; assess business interruption and resilience.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated power, resilience, risk, and capital solutions.
