Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to shape strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. You will serve as the primary SME for developers, hyperscalers, utilities, investors, and lenders, guiding AI-powered infrastructure growth and capital solutions.

The role drives revenue, expands Aon’s presence, and requires leadership across cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position with office attendance two to three days weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in power, energy, or data center sectors.
• Strong capabilities in market growth and client advisory.
• Experience integrating power, resilience, risk, and capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth: craft and execute the US Digital Infrastructure Power strategy.
• Advise clients on energy reliability, renewables, PPA, and financing strategies.
• Develop innovative, integrated solutions across risk, capital, and analytics.
• Build executive relationships with operators, developers, utilities, and investors.
