Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to build and lead our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. This hybrid role engages with data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, and investors to expand advisory services and financing solutions across the U.S.

You will develop client relationships, create innovative solutions, drive revenue growth, and position Aon as the go-to advisor in AI-powered infrastructure.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in power, infrastructure, or data center sectors.
• Experience leading market growth initiatives and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to develop executive-level relationships and close opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market growth for the Digital Infrastructure Power practice across the U.S.
• Advise clients on data center energy, grid reliability, renewables, PPAs, and project financing.
• Develop innovative, integrated solutions across multiple Aon teams to connect power, resilience, risk, and capital decisions.
