Job summary

KnowBe4 invites Digital Customer Success Interns to join the team in the greater Tampa Bay area, working in the Clearwater, FL office three days per week. This paid, 12-week for‑credit internship runs January 25, 2027 to April 16, 2027, with relocation and lodging considerations for the duration.

Interns will work with Digital CS Managers, Renewal Specialists, and cross‑functional partners to execute campaigns and support adoption in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program (for-credit internship) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs).
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace).
• IT experience or exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support digital campaign execution by assisting with build and quality review of lifecycle‑aligned email journeys.
• Maintain audience segments and engagement data with accurate records.
• Monitor campaign performance by pulling opens, clicks, and delivery metrics and flag trends.
