Job summary

KnowBe4, a leader in security awareness training, is offering a paid internship in the greater Tampa Bay area. The CSM Project Manager Intern will partner with cross-functional teams to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives for customers using KnowBe4’s platform.

You will develop project plans, track progress, and contribute to CS playbooks and rollout templates while gaining exposure to executives through AMA sessions and professional development workshops.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
• IT experience/exposure is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive-level updates
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Data-driven, using metrics to guide decisions influences stakeholders across teams without direct authority
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

The CSM Project Manager Intern leads cross-functional projects that help customers adopt and realize value from KnowBe4’s security awareness training and phishing simulation platform. This role owns project plans, timelines, and status reporting for onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Renewal Specialists, Support, Account Management, and Product to deliver results on time and build scalable processes across the customer base.

• Proven record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
