Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in New Jersey is seeking a Digital Channel Analyst to join the Digital Channel team in a hybrid role with on-site work at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge. The starting salary range is $75k–$80k, commensurate with experience.

The role serves as SME for Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms, coordinating changes, writing test plans, and ensuring system upgrades align with SDLC and SLA expectations across branches, call center, and business banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years' experience within the Digital Channel environment at a Bank or Credit Union

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for the Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms.
• Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Responds within established SLAs to escalated incidents and problems.
• Manages, monitors the corporate IT change control process and communicates to IT leadership.
• Performs testing of systems and applications with effective test plans.
• Develop testing criteria and coordinate testing with departments or quality control.
• Stay informed of current and future technology features set and provide adoption recommendations.
