Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Principal Analyst I - Business Systems Analyst (Digital Banking) for a major financial institution in Phoenix, AZ or Columbus, OH. The role is hybrid, on-site four days a week with Fridays remote, focusing on delivering digital banking solutions and data-driven improvements.

You'll translate business needs into system specifications, lead cross-functional teams, and track KRIs/KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced to expert in process and data analysis within one or two domains or functional areas with deep critical thinking skills.
• Experience working as a SME across one or two domains or functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness.
• Develop options to improve business outcomes and drive implementation of solutions.
• Ensure artifacts accurately describe current state processes, practices, and metrics.
• Identify alternative processes with impact on KRIs/KPIs and Operational Metrics and track enhancements.
• Engage with enterprise subject matter experts to tackle complex issues requiring coordination.
• Capture problem statements and provide options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Gather approvals for upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics.
• Deliver digital banking solutions and supervise data analysis, data mapping, and migration to targeted platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Provide production support and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications using Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
