• Three (3) years of customer service experience required.
• Digital banking experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

• Process online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations.
• Review, decision, and process online membership and deposit account applications.
• Review various reports to monitor system performance and activities.
• Explain features and benefits of digital banking to members.
