MECU Credit Union in Baltimore seeks an E-Services Support Specialist to assist members with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and e-Statements. Under moderate supervision you will troubleshoot digital banking issues, process registrations, run daily reports, and train staff and members on electronic services.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of customer service experience required.
• Digital banking experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves member digital banking support needs.
• Processes online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations.
• Reviews online membership and deposit account applications; monitors system activity.
• Provides guidance on features and benefits of digital banking solutions to members and staff.
• Collaborates with team to ensure efficient electronic banking processes.
