Job summary

MECU Credit Union in Baltimore seeks an E-Services Support Specialist to assist members with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and e-Statements. Under moderate supervision you will troubleshoot digital banking issues, process registrations, run daily reports, and train staff and members on electronic services.

Qualifications

Three (3) years of customer service experience required.
Digital banking experience preferred.
Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves member digital banking support needs.
Processes online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations.
Reviews online membership and deposit account applications; monitors system activity.
Provides guidance on features and benefits of digital banking solutions to members and staff.
Collaborates with team to ensure efficient electronic banking processes.
