MECU in Baltimore seeks an IT Systems Analyst to perform technical and analytical work in the Information Technology department. You will analyze, test, install, document and maintain computer applications to improve efficiency and member experience.

Requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems and at least two years of related experience; HS Diploma or GED accepted. Hybrid work after 90 days; located at MECU Corporate Headquarters, Downtown Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and minimum two years related experience.
• HS Diploma or GED accepted in lieu of HS Diploma.
• Preferred: Core banking system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core system operations for reliability and scalability.
• Develop databases and processes to support efficiency improvements.
• Field end user inquiries related to hardware, network and software operations.
• Develop reports and train MECU staff on core processor reporting.
• Provide second-tier MIS helpdesk support for core reporting issues.
• Lead projects involving the core processing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
