MECU Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial institution in Baltimore, is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to maintain core systems, develop reports, and support staff. You will liaise with technical and non-technical teams to improve member experience while delivering reliable IT services.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems and at least two years of related experience; core banking knowledge is a plus. Location at MECU HQ, with a 90-day path to hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Core banking system experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED acceptable with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core system operations for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate across MECU teams to develop databases and processes for improvement.
• Field end-user inquiries on hardware, network and software issues.
• Develop reports and train staff on core processor reporting functionality.
• Provide second-tier MIS helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues.
