Job summary

Salal Credit Union's Information Technology team is seeking a curious, detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to support Digital Banking. You will investigate issues, collaborate with partners, and help ensure online and mobile experiences are reliable and continuously improved.

In this hybrid role, you will be on-site at our Northgate headquarters at least one day per week (Wednesday), with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and occasional after-hours or weekend support to meet business

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, QA, or related tech functions.
Experience troubleshooting software platforms or member/customer tech solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
Curiosity and ability to understand how systems and processes work together.
Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as Tier 2 support resource for online and mobile banking platforms; coordinate solutions.
Manage and prioritize support requests by impact, urgency, and member experience.
Perform release validation, regression testing, and QA activities for upgrades and fixes.
Collaborate with partners, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot and implement new functionality.
Support digital banking initiatives through testing, configuration changes, and post-release validation.
Communicate technical issues and risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Create and maintain docs, procedures, test scripts, and knowledge articles.
