Job summary

One of Our Clients is seeking a Content Central Librarian to manage a mature digital asset repository and support global users. You will handle metadata, training, and asset workflows while ensuring brand compliance across regions.

The role requires strong CMS/DAM experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 50% onsite presence in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in CMS and DAM tools.
• Experience with asset library and metadata management.
• Detail-oriented with a technical aptitude.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with agencies on file receipt.
• Reconcile reports to ensure all files are uploaded into AEM.
• Provide user support across countries and overcome language obstacles.
• Provide new-user access and training on site usability.
• Standardize metadata and taxonomy for assets.
• Retrieve files for user inquiries.
• Support change management and adoption.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, creative agencies, and stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet compliance standards.
• Facilitate review and approval for content updates.
