ICP is seeking a Global Librarian to join its Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations team in a Mexico City office. You will ensure assets are accurate, searchable, and well-governed, supporting day-to-day asset operations, metadata quality, publishing, user access, and documentation.

This early-career role emphasizes detail orientation, service-mindedness, and a drive to build expertise in DAM, metadata, content operations, and governance within a global brand environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience or internship in digital media or content operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with global stakeholders.
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, content quality, digital libraries, and DAM platforms is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, organize, and publish digital assets per client guidelines.
• Enrich asset metadata and perform data cleanup to improve searchability.
• Perform quality assurance on assets, metadata, and tags before publication.
• Audit assets for completeness, consistency, taxonomy, and rights.
• Support metadata quality assurance and search optimization.
• Assist with migration tasks and validate transfers.
