Neighborly is seeking a Marketing Support Manager to lead the Marketing Support team and oversee day-to-day delivery across Neighborly brands. You will drive operational excellence and guide cross-brand support initiatives from our Irving, TX area offices.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing support with 3+ years in leadership, plus strong communication, analytics, and process-improvement skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing support, customer support, marketing operations, business operations, shared services, or related operational environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.
• Experience developing operational processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective support across multiple brands.
• Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve operational processes that enhance team productivity and service quality.
