Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. in New York City, with offices in Los Angeles and Toronto, seeks a Senior Analyst, Analytics to join our premier marketing analytics practice.

You will build KPI dashboards, communicate insights across cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisions for major brands. You will query large datasets, develop scalable analytics solutions, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and summarize actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in ad-serving, ad verification and site analytics platforms (DCM/Innovid/Extreme Reach).
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with syndicated research sources/tools (Gfk, MRI, Simmons, Nielsen, comScore).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Data Communication/Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with media planning and brand strategy to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies; communicate insights to a broad audience.
• KPI/Reporting & Dashboard/Visualization Development: build robust visualizations and dashboards for clear information delivery.
• Analysis & Insight Generation: query databases, derive insights, and suggest optimizations for improved results; present findings clearly.
• Client Management: manage client expectations and present key findings throughout engagements.
