The Diesel Engine Account Manager role is a full-time hybrid position in the Western United States, with some work-from-home flexibility, focusing on growing assigned accounts and coordinating with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engines, power systems, or industrial equipment and the ability to understand technical specifications.
• Account management or sales background with relationship-building and contract or proposal negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers and understand their technical requirements.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and coordinate with engineering and production teams for accurate specifications.
• Conduct regular account reviews and follow up on leads; attend customer meetings (in-person and virtual) and maintain CRM records.
• Monitor market trends and participate in trade events as needed; provide feedback to improve offerings and satisfaction.
