The International Studio & Curatorial Program in East Williamsburg, NY is seeking a Development Manager to drive fundraising, grant applications, events, and donor communications. You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with the Board’s Fundraising Committee and staff across finance and communications.

The role requires at least five years in arts fundraising, nonprofit experience preferred, with Salesforce proficiency and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach.

Formación

• A minimum of five years’ experience in contemporary arts fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
• Experience with grant applications, fundraising events, and donor communications.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Draft annual fundraising plan with Executive Director and board committee.
• Lead fundraising initiatives including grant applications and events.
• Manage sponsor outreach, donor cultivation, and reporting to funders.
