Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising events, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable and self-confident.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and executing fundraising events (e.g., Taste of the Lower East Side, Golf Classic, Let’s Pretend) and donor recognition activities.
  • Maintain event timelines, tracking spreadsheets, and planning documents.
  • Provide on-site event support, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Track RSVPs, guest lists, sponsorship benefits, and manage ticketing logistics.
  • Lead invoice tracking, auction and raffle item intake, and vendor documentation.
