Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Experience with fundraising, contact management or database software.
• Experience working with volunteers and planning events.

Responsibilities

• Supports MBSD fundraising teams by executing complex development activities.
• Coordinates and supports fundraising events, meetings, and vendor coordination.
• Prepares donor communications, acknowledgements, and reports for leaders and volunteers.
• Maintains Phoenix database information and generates queries/reports as needed.
• Plans and supports volunteer leadership activities and recruitment.
