STI seeks a Desktop Support Technician to support state agencies in Harrisburg, PA, with hybrid work. Responsibilities include incident management, desktop imaging, VPN/VDI access, and AD provisioning. Work primarily on-site with some remote duties; telework is part-time and temporary.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop hardware and software support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments.
• Familiarity with VPN, VDI, SCCM, and Active Directory tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Occasional on-site and remote incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident management and desktop support to multiple agencies.
• Assist with network connectivity, printing, and device imaging.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-site repairs when needed.
• Maintain accounts in Active Directory and VPN access.
• Support video tech in conference rooms and telework as necessary.
