Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and Mac environments. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 support by phone, email, remote tools, and in person, owning issues from start to finish.

You will install and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software, manage asset inventories, assist with accounts and access controls, and document tickets in the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-user support in a professional IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with desktop imaging and antivirus tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware, software, and network-related issues across Windows and Mac environments.
• Delivers Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person interaction; escalates when needed.
• Installs, configures, and maintains desktops, peripherals, and software; maintains asset inventory.
• Assists in setting up user workstations, accounts, and access controls; supports onboarding/offboarding.
• Logs tickets and updates; contributes to knowledge base and documentation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional IT teams on incidents, deployments, and audits.
