Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents, service requests, and tasks in the ticket system with thorough documentation.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Perform installations of standard corporate software images and assist with system configuration.
• Adhere to company and department policies on technology, security, and end-user support.
