The role requires Associate’s degree and 2–3 years in technical support, flexibility for on-site training, and the ability to work nights/on-call. Total compensation includes base salary in the 55k–70k range, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years helpdesk/technical support experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues via phone, remote, and on-site.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Support software imaging and system configuration.
• Maintain security and policy compliance.
