Thomson Reuters in Minnesota (Eagan) seeks a Desktop Systems Specialist to deliver responsive, customer-focused IT support for the AMERS region. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, manage hardware deployments, and maintain inventory while collaborating with a global IT team.

In this hands-on role, you will resolve tickets, assist with Microsoft 365 apps, Entra ID/Intune, and conference-room technology.

Qualifications

2+ years in desktop support or IT service desk.
Experience with Windows and macOS in a business/enterprise environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Monitor the Helpdesk queue and respond to incidents within service expectations.
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
Configure, deploy, replace, and recover end-user devices per established processes.
Support basic mobile devices and enrollment in enterprise tools.
Assist with user accounts and device-management requests in Entra ID, Intune, or similar.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Maintain accurate inventory records and lifecycle updates.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and participate in IT projects.
