Job summary

Cerity Partners is hiring a Helpdesk Desktop Support Analyst to join our Shared Services Technology team in a hybrid San Francisco role. You will resolve user issues and onboard employees across diverse platforms, using a range of tools and processes.

You will support Windows 10/11, Office365 and VOIP, manage IT assets, and participate in special projects such as system transitions and conference room setups.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in user-facing desktop support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office365.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external resources to resolve user support issues.
• Assist users with Windows 10/11, Office365, VOIP, and computer setup and usage.
• Onboard new employees across a variety of platforms.
• Monitor and manage colleague technical issues through Fresh Service ticket system.
• Monitor and manage IT assets across the enterprise lifecycle.
• Assist in special projects such as M&A integration, phone system conversion, and conference room setup.
