Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst in a hybrid SF role. You will support Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and hardware, handling end-user issues and collaboration tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in technical support, strong communication, and experience with Microsoft 365, AD, SCCM, Jamf, and Workspace ONE. Teamwork and problem-solving in a high-pressure setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years related experience in technical support and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and hardware.
• Experience with enterprise OS/application refresh projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Exchange/Outlook.
• Experience with AD and SCCM, and device management tools like Jamf/Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end users in a hybrid SF environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and mailbox troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.
• Assist with OS/app refresh projects and deployments.
