Kingdom Advisors, Inc. seeks a Design Project Manager to keep brand and marketing design initiatives organized and on schedule.

You will coordinate with the Creative Director and internal stakeholders from intake to final delivery, ensuring quality and on-budget outcomes. The role serves as the bridge between creative direction, internal teams, external partners, and production vendors, establishing plans, timelines, and feedback loops while maintaining organized files and assets.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing, design production, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Established track record developing and implementing organizational strategies, systems and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage the workflow of brand, marketing, editorial, digital, and print design projects from intake through completion.
• Translate requests into clear project plans, timelines and deliverables; track status and milestones.
