Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects.

The role acts as the central hub between designers, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible. The candidate will organize files, monitor milestones, and maintain revision histories while facilitating reviews and approvals across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software.
• Experience coordinating design revisions and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents.
• Help ensure design information is complete and available to the appropriate teams.
• Work with project managers and design leads to support schedules and deliverables.
• Track milestones and identify delays or outstanding items.
• Coordinate meetings, design reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project updates.
