Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. seeks a Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across the organization. The role connects designers, project managers, stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to keep design information organized and on schedule.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with design awareness and clear communication. You will help ensure design packages are complete and accessible to teams at the right times.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office or comparable productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations and docs.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate reviews and distribution of design materials.
• Maintain revision histories and approval records.
