Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across the organization.

The Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners. This role ensures design information is organized and project deliverables move from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination or related field.
• Strong organization and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specs, and presentations.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain revision histories and approval records.
• Support project managers and design leads with schedules.
