Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects. You will connect designers, project managers, stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and partners to keep design information organized and on schedule.

The role emphasizes design awareness, attention to detail, and clear communication as you track deliverables, revisions, and approvals from concept through execution. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design/engineering field or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating design docs, revisions, and submittals is preferred.
• Proficiency with design/documentation software and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain revision histories and approval records.
• Assist with preparing design packages and presentation materials.
• Coordinate meetings, design reviews, and follow-up actions.
