Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects. The role connects designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and partners to keep design information organized and on schedule.

You will help ensure deliverables move from concept through execution by tracking revisions, coordinating reviews, and maintaining accurate records of design documents.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Review design documentation for completeness and coordination.
• Coordinate comments and revisions between internal teams and consultants.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project updates.
