Job summary

BOA Technology is seeking a Design Engineer to contribute across the full product development cycle, from concept to production. You will develop components, build and test prototypes, and generate engineering documentation under mentorship from senior engineers.

You will work in a hybrid Denver setting, applying Onshape CAD and analysis tools to iteratively refine designs, collaborating with global teams and external vendors. 2+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience contributing to product development projects.
• Proficiency in Onshape or another 3D CAD system; familiarity with manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering work on components and subsystems with guidance from senior engineers.
• Develop mechanical concepts and create 3D CAD models in Onshape.
• Build prototypes, run tests, and iterate designs based on results.
• Create engineering documentation including drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling and production ramp-up.
• Contribute to test method development and process improvements.
