Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Austin, TX, seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Deployment Project Manager to own end-to-end deployment programs for data center and edge hardware installations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, direct onsite technicians, and manage customer requirements, status reporting, and documentation through closeout.

This role emphasizes risk management, effective escalation, and maintaining RAID logs and readiness criteria to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project/program management experience in data center deployments or field operations.
• Proven experience coordinating onsite execution teams and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and requirement management skills.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware deployment concepts (racking, cabling, power, network).
• Structured delivery with RAID logs, schedules, MOPs/checklists.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and readiness criteria are met.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and change control processes.
• Drive execution rhythms to keep deployments on track.
• Lead onsite deployment activities and coordinate technicians per procedures and safety rules.
• Provide clear status updates and regular reports to customers and internal teams.
