Job summary

• Experience with enterprise change management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Data Centre switch migrations with timelines and risk assessments.
• Engage Application Owners to map dependencies and remediation needs.
• Lead readiness, remediation tracking, testing, and sign-off activities.
• Coordinate migration windows with Change Management and governance.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders and run technical workshops.
