Job summary

A leading data center management company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of rack deployments across data centers, coordinating among various stakeholders while managing risks and ensuring compliance with site standards. Candidates need to have a strong background in data center infrastructure alongside solid experience in technical program management and effective communication skills. The expected salary range is $160,000 - $200,000 with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure technical program or deployment management.
• Experience deploying servers, storage, or network racks at scale.
• Demonstrated experience presenting high-impact analyses to VP- and C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the rack deployment lifecycle across multiple sites or regions.
• Build and maintain integrated deployment schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting deployment.
