Job summary

Careington International, based in Frisco, TX, is hiring a Dental Network Support Specialist for a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two from home). In this role, you will liaison with Dental Service Organizations across the U.S., manage provider contracts, and support credentialing and plan reviews.

You’ll work with DSOs, educate on client plans and regulations, and may travel to provider offices or conferences. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Experience with Adobe Writer is a plus.
• Customer service or dealing with customers by phone is a must.
• Travel will be required at times depending on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all assigned Dental Service Organizations (provider groups).
• Interact with DSO contacts from entry-level to C-level executives.
• Manage provider contracts and data in Careington’s proprietary CRM system.
• Build and send rosters on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
• Maintain regular touch points with assigned DSOs via calls and emails.
