Careington International Corporation is seeking a Credentialing Specialist for our Dental Network Development team. This full-time, hybrid role requires office attendance Tue–Thu with remote options on other days, and will eventually shift back to five days on-site in Spring/Summer 2027.

You will collect and verify provider credentials, manage initial and re-credentialing, and ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, URAC, and other standards while maintaining accurate provider records and timely

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 1 to 2 years of healthcare credentialing or related administrative field experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with provider data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple credentialing processes and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Confidential handling of sensitive provider information in compliance with privacy regulations.

Responsabilités

• Credentialing & Re-Credentialing: collect and verify credentials (licensure, certifications, malpractice insurance, education, work history).
• Manage timely completion of initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
• Ensure documentation meets Careington requirements and regulatory standards.
• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV) using CAQH, NPPES, AMA, etc.
• Maintain accurate provider records and keep profiles complete with current credentials.
• Communicate credentialing status and document requests to providers; resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
