Shared Practices Group (SPG) is a fast-growing dental organization specializing in dentures and implants, seeking a Dental Assistant / Front Office Admin in Reno for a hybrid role supporting both clinical and administrative operations. You will ensure a smooth, compassionate patient experience from first contact through treatment and follow-up.

The position involves chairside support, imaging, patient education, scheduling, and records management in a patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during dental and surgical procedures.
• Review medical histories, take vital signs, document medications and alerts.
• Set up and break down operatories; sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Capture panoramic and CBCT imaging and educate patients on procedures.
• Monitor and restock clinical supplies and inventory; maintain clean environment.
