Qualifications

• 1-3 years of dental experience.
• Surgical assisting experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification.
• Comfort with blood, extractions and dental surgery.
• Good computer skills and efficient typing.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Attend morning huddle prepared for the day’s patients and procedures.
• Assist the doctor with periodontal and implant surgeries.
• Assist with new-patient examinations.
• Prepare surgical rooms, patient surgical tubs, and procedure whiteboards.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms.
• Maintain proper sterilization flow and infection-control protocols.
• Document surgical procedures and patient visits using AI-assisted notes.
• Enter prescriptions and assist with prescription-monitoring workflows.
• Maintain stocked and organized treatment rooms.
• Communicate clearly with the doctor, clinical team, and admin teams.
