Job summary

Atrium, a well-established consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a Demand Planner to own the forecasting process and align sales expectations with operational capabilities. The role links Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Product Management to support inventory planning and production schedules.

The ideal candidate will use historical data, POS information, promotions, and lifecycle changes to build accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and reporting platforms.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience analyzing forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels (customer/product/channel).
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
• Incorporate inputs from promotions, seasonality, and lifecycle changes into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; investigate variances and root causes.
• Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes with analysis and reporting.
• Lead forecast review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
