Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Demand Planner for a consumer products manufacturer in New Jersey. The role focuses on end-to-end forecasting, collaborating with Sales and Operations to align forecasts with inventory and production capabilities.

You will develop forecasts using historical data, POS, promotions, seasonality, and product lifecycle changes, and lead forecast reviews with cross-functional teams. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Experience with ERP, forecasting tools, and reporting platforms.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience translating plans into actionable forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at customer, product, and channel levels.
• Partner with Sales to understand commitments, promos, and inventory trends.
• Support planning across supply, inventory, and manufacturing plans.
• Analyze lead times, capacity, inventory and service risks to create realistic plans.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecast reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare demand planning reports highlighting performance and risks.
