You will collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to translate forecasts into actionable plans, monitor forecast accuracy, and support a balanced, customer-focused supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales history, inventory levels, POS data, promotions, seasonality, new product introductions, and transitions to create demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and translate forecasts into actionable plans.
