Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand management, project planning or supply chain scheduling.
• Strong grasp of forecasting methods and their operational impact.
• Proficient Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create 12‑month demand forecasts and update baselines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Finance and Marketing.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and communicate results to teams and leadership.
